ELBRIDGE, NY – Wednesday, June 12, 2013 – It was teased in 2012 and now it has become reality for 2013. One of the highlights for the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints 30th Anniversary Schedule will be the first CNY Speedweek that spans at four different tracks over five days. The Speedweek kicks off Wednesday, July 3, with the Sprint Car Summer Shootout at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park.

“Last year we ran five events in eight days and it was very successful. Now with July 4th moved closer to a weekend it enabled us to put together a true Speedweek,” said Empire Super Sprint President Chuck Miller. “We already had several teams ask about the events and I think this will be one of our highlights for our 30th Anniversary Tour.”

The 800-horsepower Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds, World of Outlaws STP Sprint Cars, World of Outlaws Late Models, Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints, DIRTcar Sportsman and many more will attack the 5/8-mile clay oval known as The Fast Track, bringing fans one of the most exciting schedules in history.

After a 2012 season that featured ‘The King’ Steve Kinser going back-to-back, three-time and defending Super DIRTcar car Series champion Matt Sheppard dominating All-Star Weekend, and Jessica Zemken showing her quickness in a sprint car, ‘The Fast Track’ is ready to make an encore performance in 2013.

“Rolling Wheels has become a destination,” said Rolling Wheels General Manager Jeff Hachmann. “Rolling Wheels has built a tradition on running must-see events, and in 2013 we have put together six major dates that feature the three premier DIRTcar Racing series in the country.
